PINGUECULA  It is a small yellowish projection the volume of which does not exceed(overtake) that of a lens.

Of triangular shape, on base(basis) against the cornea, she(it) is trained(formed) not by some fat, but by a heap of epithelial cells and some connective tissue.  She(It) pulls(entails) no visual disorder(confusion) and requires no treatment(processing). By time it is the seat(siege) of a redness. She(it) is then more visible and more annoying.

A treatment(processing) by vasoconstricting collyrium is often sufficient(self-important). His(her, its) ablation turns out to be necessary if the patient wishes(desires) for it.
